Image Title
This painting is one of a series of three, each representing different forms of expression:
a poetess, an artist, and a musician. The poetess in this painting draws inspiration from
cubistic art and Gustav Klimt’s use of gold color. The abstract background is filled with
unreadable literature papers, symbolizing the essence of written expression. The
poetess’ dreamy expression, with closed eyes and a hand near her mouth, signifies the
power of words in poetry, her chosen form of communication. This painting
encapsulates the idea that each person has their unique way of conveying thoughts and
emotions, with poets using writing as their language.
Artist bio: I am a young college student, currently building a layout for a website. Is long and tedious, but I don’t mind. If it mean to see the finished work that’s a-ok with me. Man, there’s a lot more space here, I should add some more.
Even though this will all be erased when the real submissions come in, I still need a recommended word count for how long the authors bios should be. When all said and done this has been real fun, nothing like coming up with nonsense to fill a page. that’s how you know this was written by a real student, and not someone pretending to be one. Because who else but a student put this much on paper while not really saying much at all. Now with all that out of the way I can safely say that our running word count is 186. Yes, that includes this bit at the end. that’s called the power of editing. I can always add more space if an author needs more, but I feel like that’s a good starting point.
